Yes,and you need to understand the fact that , keeping it secret will make you unhappy and bring more pressure than you think.it is better you let it out and solve it once and for all than waiting till it gets to a point where you can’t handle it.imagine when the expect you to graduate and you didn’t,I think a counselor can help you talk to them of you want.
