I hate to say this but i lack sooo much confidence in myself.
I actually a very shy person.
I’m girl though.
So back then in secondary school i suffered depression but i managed to handel it.
It all started with my classmates.
They usually bully and insult me.
It even affected me to the point i couldnt get a prefect position.
My juniors then looked down on me .
It was soo horrible.
I felt ugly.
But few people kept on telling me i was pretty.
But wjen my class girls and boy talk about me they call me ugly, dirty and stupid they even go as far as calling me a witch.
My school was a boarding school.
I had issues with bed wetting when in my first and second year.
Thank God i stopped.
But the shame and eye my classmates gave me were horrible.
Now i’m in the university.
But i have struggled to see the beauty and potential in me.
I long to talk to someone
To pour out my feeling
But i just cant.
Its bad being an introvert.
So around 2018 i got on instagram.
I didnt know what instagram was all about until around june 2019.
I got to know about influencers and stuffs like that.
It made me more sad and i hated myself.
I usually see young teenagers like me.
Looking flawless and beautiful.
Not like they are pretty but tend to see myself less.
And i had to delete my instagram.
But ones in a while i check their photos and post and i feel so depressed.
I got to know that i wasnt ugly.
But i still dont see myself as pretty and and i feel my shape is bad.
I am slim though.
I have had guys stop me on the road.
And got uncalled for comments by guys.
Even some tend to stare .
But even though i feel it .
I get scared .
I think this boys see me as ugly.
And i arent any better.
I even dont like leaving my home.
I dont want anyone seeing me.

Everyone is beautiful. Even you. People tend to bully their fellows when they see them as inferior, but my dear, no one is inferior. There is a lot about people that you don’t see. People let you see only the part of them that looks good. Some people who smile always are deeply damaged in the inside. But you won’t see that. They won’t let you know. No one wants to be tagged a failure. So, my dear, you have to realize the beautiful sides of your life. Let them be your strength. Think of things you can do and do them. About the things you don’t like, work on them gradually. And have in mind that everyone, I mean everyone on this planet is flawed.
    I’ll conclude with a story.

I have a friend who on the outside is very buoyant and perfect. His family is rich and well to do, of good morals. He has very loving siblings, a nice family. He studied on scholarship including his masters outside Nigeria. So perfect, right? But he doesn’t have so much interest in things. He feels like one who’s caged, who’s in a deep pit. He feels lonely. He feels dirty. He feels even depressed. He has one time been suicidal. You can imagine. But on the outside, we see a perfect guy. And this is life.
I’m not asking you to live a fake life. Just learn to love yourself. Appreciate the things you have. Work on yourself.
    I hope this helps.

Hello dear. We all feel this kind of way sometimes whereby we feel we are not worth much. Trust me even the finest or most beautiful have times when they feel less worthy. So you should concentrate on your positives. What you have that others don’t have. You must have something special

Thanks vey much for the advice.
    It was worth it.
I want to in that stage that i have worked on myself.
    Not still working.
I know i’m pretty, maybe some people dont get to see and make me look bad.
But i have learnt not to focus on the negative comments but positive ones.

I might still not have that confidence when in crowd.
I guess thats how it is being an introvert.
But i would make sure to be better.
