I always feel some type of way whenever I think of my late mum or I hear about someone's death...I lose my appetite, can't sleep because I feel I might not wake, my heart beats fast and I notice that my whole body is shaking...I still try to smile but I feel really terrible, all I can think of doing is praying because I really believe in God..I really don't understand why this happens, it scares me
