I have borderline personality disorder ,I live in Nigeria a country where people see mental disorder as a joke . I have no one to talk to and share my feelings. It is becoming increasingly difficult to just hang in there and cope . Everyday seems like a battle to stay alive and not give up. I’m suffering and in pain ,I just want the pain to stop.

Hi, I know this article is from four years ago but I have been searching for any other Nigerian with BPD. I was diagnosed in 2022 but wasn’t taught how to manage it. It would be great to connect with you as I don’t have friends and I’m terrified of forming any connections for fear of ruining it.
