Hi,
I am just going to make this brief.
So yeah, here we go. I have had an ulcer for almost 5years now within that 5 years the ulcer move from on stage to another, i had a heartburn ulcer then a peptic ulcer and now gastritis. 3 weeks ago, i had a death experience as a matter of fact i almost die ‘cos i took Diclofenac( didn’t know an ulcer patient don’t take that drug). It was God that brought me back to life no doubt about that. So, after that incident, i kept having terrible dreams about me dying or somebody close to me is dying. Every single night the dream becomes scarier.

I don’t know what to do, i am scared, i am threatened by those dreams. I feel i am going to die soon. I need your help please.

Help me! please!

Hello good day.I have alcer too and truthfully I don’t even know the stage mine is but its disturbing yet people do not take it seriously. Anyways I think because of your near death experience that’s why you have all those dreams and all.when I ever get those issues I always try to control what I read, think, watch and hear.I concentrates on positive things even when there are lots of negatives.

    Hello love,
I used to have those dreams too. I used to feel a lot like this so trust me when I say I totally understand what you’re going through.
You’re just afraid and that’s normal especially after your experience with your health. It’s okay and it’s going to be fine.
I think that you should pray about it. With God, you’re sure you have a friend and one who truly understands what you’re going through. Also, keep yourself busy to avoid being alone so these thoughts don’t start coming back. Get busy, read books, watch movies, avoid being all by yourself.
Also, I want to let you know that the fear of death doesn’t mean you’re really going to die, so do not see this as a warning sign that you’re going to die soon cos it isn’t. It’s just fear and a lot of things could sponsor this fear. In my own case, it was the death of my grandma that sponsored my fear. You’re just afraid and that’s understandable after what you went through.
Pray, keep yourself busy. If it continues, I encourage you to speak to a licensed therapist on this platform.
    You’d be okay💚
    Sending you love.
