Good afternoon sir/ma, I have been having serious emotional problems and find it difficult to discuss with anyone most especially my parents they are emotionally unavailable. I am 27 years old but since childhood I have a problem of expressing my self, which has really affected me so far many take me for granted and that keeps me depressed most at times. Please I really need help from a counselor
