Am married for 10 yrs for 6yrs I was jobless and sad but I was happy wth my 2 kids but I moved to lekki and finally I got a job after 3 yrs I got pregnant.i was scared of the whole process of going through Cs again but I pulled through.i gave birth to my son but he had jaundice so we were transfered to many hosp in lagos Island.on getting there I saw 2 dead baby I was soooo scared.i stayed there in that hoap for 7 days sleeping on d floor n sitting down on a chair without resting my back.my leg was swollen.i was depressed.i finally got discharged and started taking care of my 3 kids n mother inlaw no help.i got a new job and stress was too much.i later developed high blood pressure.the beginning of my night mare.pple kept telling me is a silent killer.i felt I was dying in no time I began to worry.nothing interests me any more I have anxiety attacks every now n then.so I went to the hosp and the doctor said is not as bad as I thought since I began to eat healthy but my anxiety won't go away.i always get scared for no reason coupled with too much negatively going around in nigeria.i feel choked and depressed.pls what do I do
