My girlfriend is going through trauma (she got raped when she was younger) so us having sex has been a major challenge she doesn't enjoy them but she's trying to she just relives the event every time we do. We have tried taking a break trying different things still isn't working I'm trying to be there for her but it's really frustrating and sad me seeing her get that way I've suggested we stay celibate for a while but she refused said it won't help I don't know what to do anymore to help
