Ever since I gave birth to my son through c.s I don’t know why I feel am all alone. Sometimes I just feel down and I feel like my life is coming to an end am always restless, have gone to the hospital and have done series of text and everything is fine. But still I don’t know y am sad and anytime I will cry and pray to God that nothing should happen to me or my family. Now it’s has gotten to the stage that I don’t even know if I still love my husband or if their is still love between us coz I feel we r stranger we hardly talk and wen we do it’s either about how we want to pay for rent or look for other source of income to feed the family nothing about us. I can’t help but I get mood swings almost every time. I need help. I want to be happy, live a good life and I want to see my son a feel the joy of motherhood not by pretending to be happy when am not.

I think you and your husband should take a break sometimes and go out on dates like when you just met. It does not have to be expensive, taking time out together just the two of you would be a lot of help. As for the mood swings make sure you are eating and sleeping well. It could be your hormones acting out from your menstrual cycle or from just giving birth. So you don’t have to worry it will fade away, just make sure to get a lot of rest with balanced meals

You can go out with your baby. Children are the joy of parents. So be happy
