Really tired of this long distance marriage of 4 years. Got married and my husband left me after a month to study in another country. Got pregnant with his child. Wasn't there throughout my pregnancy but was there at the delivery. Left 2 weeks after, he was there when our son was 8month and 1 year 3months old. The thing he tries to get in touch through WhatsApp text,calls and video but most times I do most of the check up. Wouldn't even bother calling sometimes for a few days. Well covid happened and it's been more than a year since he came back. He claims he loves me and he sometimes doesn't have the time to call because he's busy. Lol, i am busy as well and I have a job and I still try to create time to call or text him. I have complained about this attitude of his several times. I guess you can't force someone to care for you. You can force a horse to drink when it's not thirsty. I don't even know when he will come back to visit. We've been planning to get a visa for me and my child for more than a year now, yet to no avail. I have a job and can take care of my son but I stay with my in-laws. I'm thinking of leaving this marriage. The long distance is hurtful and not to think of a partner that makes it worse. I am depressed!
