The truth is I don’t even have a specific problem. There is just so much to say and I don’t know how to say it. Sometimes I think I have ADHD(the inattentive type) or something else like SAD(social anxiety disorder). I don’t know because I haven’t seen a doctor.
One of my numerous problems is that I can’t go out like any normal person and I always feel uncomfortable when I’m with other people and I worry a lot and I’m always afraid.

Hello I think in general this is a habit that has been built over time so if you want to stop that habbit you can build a parrarel habit to counter the already existing one.

Hi,Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is actually a mental illnes that can be cope with, there may not be a cure to it but there is always a strategy to cope,it is a long term illnes that starts from childhood to adulthood and can affect your relationship, self esteem etc, there is no specific cause but is believed to have a genetic trace and in this,I believe that having a counselor is a good steps,he or she will help you learn some basic skills to cope and learn how to go about it.talking about the fear, most times ,the past experience has a rope to play ,your mind needs to be restructured to see things in a different direction but it will take a little time ,in all, many are facing same ,so don’t see it that you are the only person passing through this, just do as they did by getting a counselor from Truthshare.
