Hi, I’ve been depressed since my secondary school, (am a finalist in a 5year course now). It is caused mostly bcos I have some mental issues including Social Anxiety Disorder, BDD, maladaptive daydreaming, rejection sensitivity, I am also a stutterer and I still suck my tongue (my mum didnt make me stop when I was small, am 22 now). All this has caused me to have an extreme case of low self extreme and it has caused me depression. Am always lonely, the corona virus has made it worse.
This causes me to cry everytime, two weeks ago I took a satchet of diclofen forte (10 pills) but it didnt do the job I mean since am still alive, am really tired of living, it took courage to take those pills, when next I get such courage, I’ll make sure there’s no mistake.

No matter how lonely you feel, suicide is not an option.
