Growing up with my family but truly it didn’t feel like it. I have lived with my parents all my life but i can’t say I know them or ever felt there presence. There were so many things I wanted to say,do, experience but I didn’t do them because my parents were so busy with everything and neglected us. Now am 17,they obviously want to control my life, wanting it to be perfect and all but am already used to shutting myself out and staying on my own. Well that’s a problem for them because I already lived most of my life alone and it’s not like they care about me or anything…they care only about there status 😔
Funny enough nobody have ever asked me if I was okay or alright but expect me to do everything they want without considering my feelings.

Hello your parents were not with you while you were growing up maybe because of work which puts food on your table, send you to school and so on.no parent is perfect so are kids too we all should appreciate the little advantage we get from each other and work on the disadvantages we get too

I understand you. This is just teaching you to simply understand that in this life it’s really one man for himself and I’m not saying you should get used to the loneliness but you should try and acknowledge it. Acknowledge the fact that with or without you’re parents you ended up fine and you will still be fine. Another way to be positive is to realize that every time they worked, they put food your table so be thankful for that
