Hello it can be so frustrating keeping up with children as well as work but please try and show your children love and keep then aside your troubles.

You really need to try and reduce some stress,it is really telling on you, shouting at the kids unnecessary have it’s psychological effect.
You can Always get a counselor to help you through this stage of depression.

It is good that you acknowledged that you are depressed and also take it out on your children. The first step is to apologize to your kids, sit them down and explain the reason you shout, kids are smart and with this, they will warm up to you and not be so afraid of you. They will even be willing to assist you when you feel very stressed. Then talk to your spouse if you have one. One step at a time, look for 1 thing you can do that relaxes you or simply take 30 minutes a day to just talk and play with your kids. Depression is just a sign you need deep rest and I understand you are busy taking care of your family but your physical and mental health is as important if not more important at this point.
