Losing my dad was great pain for me, that was the moment i realise dat i loose my confident,boldness and ability to express myself.. have been trying so hard to gain it back but nothing is for me.. sometime i feel so lonely and nervous to talk to people around.. my friends and family know me to be strong and confident and crazy.pls i need your advices
