I need to talk to a psychiatrist.,needed this for years.,I am quite successful among my peers.,got a good career start,but I have never felt good enough,I have never been confident,back then in medical school I saw people not as rich or good looking or as intelligent full of confidence but I who seemingly had it all,very good looking,had best result in every exam,from a comfortable home couldn’t talk to my peers confidently.,till now I still struggle with low self esteem,stage fright and self consciousness everyday.,I have to take propanolol twice a week to even be able to go for clinical meetings,am honestly exhausted,will this ever end.,I need a psychiatrist.
