How do you fix things that can’t really be fixed? I mean how do you let yourself out of a place of hurt knowing fully well that chances of you get hurt constantly is like 60%. I personally think not all things can be fixed to its normal status, and it’s okay to just live with the pieces.

I seem to have a fallout with a friend, A. We talked about it and tried to fix it but on a fresh slate. A has made efforts to fix things but at the same time still does things that trigger me all the more. I seem to be too conscious of not getting hurt again and I feel that there’s no need trying to bring the pieces back.

Is it not okay to walk away?
