I'm seeing things, I don't know what is causing this, but I'm stressed lately and I over think, just yesterday I saw people, like they were having a meeting and I saw fire, and then I started shivering so much and I got this sharp pain in my heart, it took a while before it left me, it happens before but doesn't take this much long before it leave, well, I didn't know when I slept off, please help
