Can someone explain what's going on pls. I'm a nurse, I went for a 2wks cover job at an oil producing company where all workers are men, mainly married men. This is my second time coming here and I got alot of attention and all but I still maintained my boundaries in relating with them, bcos I'm a very disciplined person ... I recently noticed most of them are no longer relating well with me unlike before. Could it be because I didn't flow with their advances and flirts or could it be something else?
