Read Anonymous Stories

I have issues whenever am reading whenever am trying to read I get distracted by many unnecessary thought like many thoughts will be on my mind and I can't concentrate and even if I read I don't remember any and I hardly understand it ,,,and I also think too much over little things I over think and I forget things easily
