I have been battling with depression and anxiety for the past 6 years. It got to paint attack at a point that I will feel so much pain in my heart and my hands will be so cold and shaking.
I overthink too much I don’t have self confidence I always feel like I can’t do it.
Before I start anything I have thought about the negative part already.
I feel rejected among people even in my family.
They don’t know what I’m going through
I’m trying so hard not to give up .
I sometimes think of killing myself but don’t have courage too.
Life hasn’t been so good even though I get the basic things I want .
I can’t stand up for my self
I don’t like having argument with people because it affects my mental health even tho they did something wrong to me.
Sometimes I delete my social media account cus I don’t want to talk to people
I sometimes feel sensory overload
I just want peace in my soul

I’m sorry to hear that you’re struggling with these emotions, Those are really tough things to deal with. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help, so I’m glad you’ve taken that first step by sharing this with me. I’ll do my best to offer some guidance and support.

You can talk to a mental health professional. They can provide you with a safe and confidential space to explore your feelings and develop coping strategies.

In addition to seeking professional help, you can manage these emotions by taking care of physical and emotional needs. This includes getting enough rest, eating well and doing things that bring you joy.
Challenge negative thoughts by contradicting them with happy thoughts; reach out to people you can trust.

Opening to someone about how you feel can be really helpful and know that recovery is a journey, and it may take a while.

It sounds like you are not employing any coping skills to target the cycle of depressive symptoms you’re experiencing. Counseling would be a great investment for you to be able to look at that cycle, develop healthy coping skills, and reduce the severity of those symptoms. I hope you are able to find this helpful, and reach out to those who are trained to support you in need.
