I find myself worrying about things I don’t understand, I feel like people are talking about me behind my back. I don’t understand any of it. I feel scared cos I don’t know what’s wrong with me or why anyone won’t bother to open up to me and tell me if something is wrong with me so I can get help. It’s as if everyone just wants me out of the way.

It’s understandable to feel worried and anxious when you sense that people may be talking about you behind your back, even if you don’t fully understand why. It’s a common experience that many people go through at some point in their lives.
You can ask your family members or friends around if they have any insight on the situation. You could also talk to the people you feel are talking about you to get some clarity from them.
It’s also important to remember that sometimes our worries and anxieties can become amplified in our own minds, and the reality of the situation may not be as bad as we think it is; If your worries are impacting your daily life or causing significant distress, it may be helpful to seek support from a mental health professional who can help you work through your concerns and develop strategies for managing your anxiety.
