I am so unhappy and depressed cause I have a lot bothering me and I can't afford a therapist. I almost drank liquid soap last week twice, sometimes I want to cry to let out all the emotions that I have been piling up but it just doesn't come out. I'm literally dying mentally and I'm scared I'll end up I a psych ward. Please help me.
