I almost drank hypo just to end my own life I'm scared of living in my own skin and I hate my mind if only I could start thinking positively like everybody else. I've so may negative thought within the past few days they're all about death I live in fear of everyday and I think negatively. I just want to be like everybody else so free and happy. I need a healthy mind for a healthy life.
