For a while now, I have always battle with depression, but no one believes in me. Everyone thinks i am a mistake and a failure. I disappoint my family every time; I embarrass them, get bullied. I’m sick, like really sick but none of my family knows about it.

I don’t have any friends; tried my best to impress my family but i get insulted for trying. I have accepted the fact that I am a mistake. My family wasn’t planning to have me, and none were excited to see me too. I did a lot of things to myself like abusing drugs, I drank dangerous stuffs, and also ate sharp objects just to end my life; I am still trying to end it and I will soon.

I’m tired of being a disappointment, I’m tired of being a disgrace, I’m tired of being a mistake. I’m tired of my life and I just want to end everything.

I am sorry to hear that you are struggling with depression and suicidal thoughts. It’s important to remember that you are not alone, and there are people who care about you and want to help. You are not a mistake, and you are not a failure, though I understand that this may be hard to accept. Regardless of what people may believe or say, you are a valuable human being. It’s understandable that your family’s lack of encouragement has left you feeling demoralized, but it’s crucial to keep in mind that what they think cannot define your value.

It’s unsettling to learn that you involve harmful methods of self-harm, such drug misuse and ingesting sharp items. These actions are dangerous and may have detrimental effects. I would strongly advise you to seek professional assistance from a therapist or mental health specialist if you haven’t already. They can give you techniques to deal with your depression, and help you stop these harmful habits.

Always make an effort to be around people who are positive, provide support, and who help you feel good about yourself. Always remember to treat yourself with kindness and compassion and make an effort to replace negative self-talk with encouraging statements.
