I am almost 18 and still think like a little girl because of this I’m having a hard time getting along with my mates. I don’t remember stuff and I find it hard to meditate like others did, it makes me sad and unhappy. I don’t remember stuff. Can I still live like everybody else because I don’t know what to do anymore.

When you are having trouble with certain areas of your life, like memory and concentration, it is normal to feel irritated and depressed. There is no set age at which someone should begin thinking or acting in a certain way, so it’s key to keep in mind that everyone develops at their own rate.
Don’t be too hard on yourself; everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses; your inabilities do not detract from who you are as a person. Try to focus on your abilities and you will see that you will become a happier person and it will boost your self-esteem.
It’s crucial to put in mind that your memory and focus problems can be caused by undiagnosed conditions. For instance, various medical disorders, stress, worry, and depression can all have an impact on cognitive performance. If you haven’t done so before, you might want to think about discussing these options with a healthcare provider.
