I think and worry a lot and I get too anxious when I’m around people I tend to lose control of thoughts
It also goes further as me getting thoughts of jealousy and envy
Make me feel less about myself

Anxiety can be a really scary feeling to have, especially if you don’t know how to handle the emotion you feel. Try to know what triggers you; set achievable goals on how to overcome those fears and applaud yourself on your small victories, and rather than comparing yourself to other people, remember they also have their own flaws and insecurities so focus on your strengths and abilities.
You may usually feel ashamed to share that you have anxiety, which may make you to isolate from friends and family, but you don’t have to overcome your anxieties alone. Talking to a friend, close family member or a certified counsellor can help you reduce your anxiety, feel supported and seen.
everyone has to deal with the feeling of anxiousness and jealousy at one point in their life and our ability to learn to handle these emotions, so we don’t end up hurting ourselves or others is what makes us strong. Feeling anxious or jealous is normal but if the thought starts to disrupt your life that you become self-conscious of how you act, talk or generally relate with people or yourself then you need to seek help immediately.
