I am sorry you are going through such tough phase right now. Keep in mind that everybody experiences difficulties in life, and it is okay to seek support from a counsellor or close friends if these emotions become overwhelming for you to deal with alone.

Unrealistic expectations are a frequent cause of feeling stuck or lacking in progress. It is necessary to check yourself if your aspirations are in line with your present situation, the resources you have or your abilities. You can prevent feelings of frustration and disappointment that may result from not reaching your goals by setting realistic targets.

Try to enhance your skills in areas you know you need improvement or have interest in or make research and find a course of interest to learn; as learning can also boost your self-confidence. Be patient with yourself as you develop yourself to start achieving your goals because it may take a while but with consistency, good support and hard work, you will see the improvements you desire.
