I moved to the UK early this year after my marriage and my husband joined me later after some months. I have been the one paying all the house bills, including rent and other taxes. I supported him financially to take the necessary training to be able to get a job in his field. Now he got a job and is earning weekly. I noticed he keeps sending money to his people, just like anyone with any little issues he sends money without even telling me. I feel I'm been over supportive and he's taking advantage of it. I read on social media how women abroad don't support their men but my is opposite, we are expecting a baby and I bought almost every baby thing, my birthday I didn't even get a gift or cake from him, we just went to buy kitchen things we needed and he paid, I confronted him about my birthday gifts and he said if he didn't buy pots. Are pots birthday gifts pls?. I just saw he sent 150k to his neice and my birthday was last week. These things are making me rethink my supporting him. It's really annoying. I'm being open paying almost £900 for bills every month even with pregnancy but he is busy sending money as he wishes.
