I just have a question is it normal to be fine; like not have any trauma after being sexually abuse by three different people? I don’t know but I feel like it’s stopping me from believing people actually love and care about me without wanting something from me.

It’s important to remember that everyone experiences terrible events differently. Some people may not notice the emotional effects of trauma right away, while others may feel a variety of feelings, such as dread, worry, or rage.
Not every victim of sexual abuse will react in the same way, and some may learn coping skills that enable them to first separate or ignore their feelings. It’s important to understand that trauma’s negative effects can manifest later in life and could have a damaging impact on one’s mental and emotional health.
It might be helpful to consult an expert in psychological health if you have worries about how these events may be hurting your ability for trust and the development of deep relationships. They can offer you the assistance, direction, and coping mechanisms required to address any unresolved trauma, work towards recovery, and create stronger relationships with others.
A great start towards finding healing and understanding in your life is asking for help. Keep in mind that your feelings and experiences are genuine.
