I’m addicted to pornography, and I have done everything possible to stop; but I keep falling for it everytime and it’s damaging my life.

    It’s good that you have recognized the problem and your willingness to seek help is a positive step. Consider talking to a counselor who can provide guidance tailored to your specific situation. They can offer strategies to cope with the addiction and address underlying issues contributing to it.

    Try to avoid isolating yourself as much as possible; also keep a distance from people or situations that may trigger the urge to watch pornography. Find better soothing/ healthy ways to handle stress or things to do in place of watching pornography. Be hopeful and don’t give up on trying. With the right help, you will soon overcome this addiction.

    Hello dear if you have really done everything possible to stop and its not really working try and always remember that it’s messing up your life any time you have the urge.
    Always remember the damage.
