I have a weird personality that I usually feel bad after some actions particularly to people that love me which often make them withdraw from me.
Whenever I love anyone like a close friend I would stress the person by acting strange. I would want the person to tell me everything about himself/herself as I do to them. If they don’t, I would be unhappy and not act well with them.
Also, I would want them to like only me. These acts makes someone feel I can’t be related with and sometimes withdraw.
Moreso, if I have a close friend and the friend gives me a good news at the last stage without telling me earlier, I would feel bad and react somehow by questioning the person why he/she didn’t tell me earlier without congratulating the person. This makes the person angry and also makes me feel bad.
I really need help to change. I need to know how to manage my emotions.

It is good that you recognize the need for change and are seeking help to manage your emotions. You may need to work on building boundaries and improving communication in your relationship. Recognising that everyone is different and has boundaries is important. It’s also OK if someone chooses to keep a part of their lives private or if they have friends who are not related to you. Respecting their decisions is essential.
It can also be helpful to put yourself in the other person’s shoes and show some empathy. Be mindful of the emotional impact that your words and actions may have on them, and make an effort to speak in a way that is encouraging and understanding. Also, using positive coping strategies for disappointment and frustration can help you handle problems in a way that is healthier.
To process these feelings, this could mean using methods like taking deep breaths, being mindful, or getting help from a counsellor to help you manage your emotions. As you begin your journey on to self-improvement, remember that it takes time and work to break old behavioural patterns. So, be patient with yourself.
