It's been two days now that I make payment to book a therapist but the payment has been pending for two days now, I would also forward this message direct to the contact email on this app and send the screenshot, the reason I think it's pending is because it's a foreign credit card and most time our bank here do refuse payment to Nigeria for whatever the reason I don't know. I think it will be a great improvement if therapist can display their direct contact on their profile for easy contact in case of encountering issue like this trying to book them.
