Consider seeking counseling, there equiped professionals ready to help you manage your emotions; so you can learn better ways to cope or overcome whatever you are dealing with right now. Dail on the suicide hotline if you are in danger or feel like you may harm yourself. Lastly, try to avoid isolating from your loved ones, share how you feel or what you are dealing with to close friends or family members. Have in mind that with the right support, you can overcome any situation and also learn better ways to manage your emotions.
