My anxiety have been on the high level, this days. In public places,I found myself my palms and feet sweating, pinching myself to feel pain or just thinking wildly. I don’t know how to overcome it because it has really encaved me lately. However, I am really free with my family but I can’t tell them if am feeling pain. I don’t know how it came to this level but now I realize my emotions are all over the place and scattered;even though I don’t show my emotions… I prefer putting on a sorber straight face and cry privately when the needs come.

I am really sorry to hear that you’ve been experiencing such intense anxiety. It sounds incredibly challenging to deal with, especially when it affects you so deeply in public places. It must be exhausting to keep everything inside and put on a brave face for everyone around you. How long have you been feeling this way, have you considered talking to a counselor about it?

I’m been feeling this way precisely after graduating from my secondary school, last year. Me and my friends are not really close again and have not physically seen them so in public places like church, I just feel lonely and deep inside, my heart is heavy. Though it may appear I look worried but I just brush it off when approached and try to considerate more of my breathing exercise but it is really difficult to just relax with people apart from my family.

It sounds like the transition after secondary school has been really tough for you, especially with the changes in your friendships and the sense of loneliness you’re feeling in public places. It must be hard to cope with these feelings while trying to maintain a composed personality. When you’re with your family, do you ever share what you’re going through, or do you prefer keeping it to yourself? You should know that sharing how you are feeling with people close to you can help you feel better.

What if the anxiety stress has gotten to a level that I just ignore or yell at their loved ones when they need my help attimes. Hi
