It is important to remember that everyone makes mistakes, and while it might feel overwhelming now, with the right support around you it can better. Sincerely apologize to the person you took the milk from. It might not fix everything immediately, but taking responsibility for your actions is a strong step towards making things

Sincerely apologize to the person you took the milk from. It might not fix everything immediately, but taking responsibility for your actions is a strong step towards making things right. Even if it feels difficult, try not to isolate yourself.
If the feelings of depression and shame continue, consider seeking help from a counselor. Everyone makes mistakes, and it is important to forgive yourself. Remember that this does not define who you are as a person. So try accept that it has already happened and build up the courage to move past it; take it as a learning experience.
Thanks very much your word mean a lot to me. I thought about trying to apologize to the person I stole it from but I'm too ashamed and embarrassed to face herðŸ˜my case is already spreading and I don't know what to do. I can't even go out in peace, I don't have friends 💔
Taking responsibility and making amends is a brave and important step towards healing from this experience. Write a heartfelt apology letter if facing the person directly feels too difficult right now. Express your regret and take full responsibility for your actions. Acknowledge the impact it had on the person and offer to make amends. If it continues to weigh you down, then you should consider speaking with a counselor. Try to focus on the lesson learnt and strive to be better person. Remember you are not your experiences, and mistakes are part of life and you can learn to grow from them
