I don't cry. I just don't. In a year, I can have one breakdown that lasts like thirty minutes to one hour. Other times, I shed literally one tear and it's over. I don't cry. But recently, I've been feeling an incessant need to cry. I've been making more jokes too. Perhaps I want to make others laugh because I can't. I smile, but it feels so fake and empty. And I've been getting really graphic images of hurting myself in my head. That's not new though. It's been years and I've gotten used to it. I feel sudden bursts of a need to just destroy stuff. I never do though. In those times, when I can, I make sure to drop everything with me and close my eyes. I never feel like doing anything or going anywhere or talking to anybody. I'm in uni, and I went to class today for the second time this semester... It's the 8th week of resumption. Being outside made me so tired. And sad. And angry. I'm tired. I don't want to die, I want to do more than that. I want to disappear, simply cease to exist. I'm in my final year, and the fact that I haven't been going to class definitely isn't good for me.
everything will be fine dear just believe and have faith
I am sorry you have had to deal with all these emotional turmoils.
