I was having throat pain but if I swallow it's not

I was having throat pain but if I swallow it's not painful but I feel serious pain, so I was thinking about it thereby having panic attacks in the night and my heart will start beating fast. I have suffered this for like one month, it started in June then in July I lost my one year old daughter and everything just turned upside down I have been depressed and diagnosed of anxiety disorder

9 months agoI am really sorry you are going through this. Losing your daughter must be incredibly painful, and it seems like the anxiety and throat pain have been adding even more to your struggles. How have you been managing day to day with everything that's going on? Do you have someone can talk to? how have you been dealing with the grief?
