I have been married for 3yrs+, I love my husband and he loves me too but there's just one constant issue we always have which is trust issues, I always feel insecure when my husband is talking to other female folks. When ever I go through his phones I see things that I believe and thinks a married man shouldn't chat in such manner with someone who is not his wife and when I complain about it he doesn't see reasons with me instead he gets upset that I'm feeling insecure. Please I need help on my insecurities so that I won't be having these issues again. I'm drained emotionally.

It is understandable that you would feel insecure when you see things on his phone that make you uncomfortable. Don't you think if he respects you he would try to understand how you feel about it? Do you feel like your concerns are not being taken seriously?
