Heyy everyone, my voice sounds shaky when I’m in a social place especially when I’m the only one talking at that moment.
But it’s not everytime I’m nervous, mostly depending on my mood and the people surrounding me. My social anxiety has reduced too.

So now, I have a public speech to say and I’ve prepared my message. And I’m not really scared about that.
So now, I really need to know any tips on what to do stop my voice shaking and how to be able to say everything I have on my mind.

It is great that your social anxiety has reduced and that you are feeling more confident. To help handle your shaky voice when delivering your speech, try taking deep breaths to help ease the tension or stress you may be feeling in the moment. Also, focus on the message you are about to share and engage with your audience when you give you speech Lastly, stay hydratd, this will help prevent dry throat and rehearse your speech before time. I am certain with these you will be able to deliver your speech confidently.
