I am sorry you are feeling hurt from the breakup. it's okay to not feel okay after a breakup, it's due to the fact that you truly loved your partner and your emotions were genuine. How have you been coping with your emotions, do you have someone you can talk to about how you are feeling? have you thought of seeking therapy?

It’s exhausting how I have tried to be happy and move on but memories won’t let be. we had the best time while it lasted yet I don’t know what happened that things turned out this way. it hurts badly that everyday all I do is cry when I remember him and I feel so alone of lately.

it's okay to cry, feel hurt and overwhelmed with the whole situation. allow yourself heal at it's own pace. Try to rush your healing process. Remember, it's important you talk to someone as you try to manage your emotions. Have you tried journaling your feelings? What do you do to help take your mind off things?

I have actually jotted it down at times and even set ways I feel will help me move on but I still see myself fall back to square one and starts hurtin all over presently I don’t even know what works for me anymore

Remember, healing is a process. so, try not to rush it. Be willing to seek support if you feel like your head is clouded and you are overwhelmed by emotions. Talk to close friends, and also engage in activities that bring you peace rather than isolating yourself. In no time you will be fine. it's okay to not feel okay in the moment, it takes time to heal.

I'm really sorry, you feel this way. I can actually relate too. I feel you should take your time to heal, dont force yourself to. Experience every emotion and let it all out... keeping it in will only consume you and you might end up getting depressed. but with time, you'll get over it... it'll take a long time, but you'll definitely feel better

occupy your mind... keep yourself busy with work, especially durin the day, always be around people. then at night occupy your mind with books, movies, avoid romantic movies... watch more of comedies and sitcoms
