Now before it becomes something you can't live with, I want you to start resisting and fighting those tendencies... 7 months agoit is great that you are encouraging people to resist these urges before they become deeply ingrained habits that are hard to break. How have you been able to stay dedicated and not break, even when you get the urge?

it has not been easy, but there's a pedestal you put yourself and there will no way you can live without falling back to your addiction for example, if you're always alone and idle . identifying ur triggers and stay away from them . and above all you're in charge of ur body.
