Grief. Grief. Grief. Literally makes me feel like I died the day my mother passed away. Grief won't let me breathe. It's been three years and still my days are cloudy and grey. Sometimes I beg God to take me too. It eases with time but all it takes is a small trigger and it all comes crashing down again. My Cat ran off and that awful tightness in the chest won't leave. Grief has built her house inside me and she has made herself comfortable.
