Hey,I've been depressed for 7 years now and I really do need serious help. I suffer with social anxiety and BPD. I've considered commiting suicide before,I have infrerority complex. I get told negative things,I've tried to be positive,but when I do there's a voice in my head telling me otherwise. I've got insomnia. I just really need help,I feel worthless
