I am 22 and I live with my unemployed single father he’s 49. I have been trying to get into the university but its been difficult cause I have to take care of my father, rent, feeding and other things. I’m starting to get depressed cause I feel he’s weighing me down and not letting me achieve anything and he’s not willing to get a job and I can’t sit and watch him starve or need for anything. I’m so angry, depressed and confused. If there’s anyone that can give me an advice I will love that so much.

Greeting its good to know how much you love your father and sad to see how you struggle for a better life.one thing you should remember that you own the decision whether you want to be a better person by going to school or you want to be dependent on someone soonest.

It’s good you are helping out,most Times being strict is not wickedness,I believe you are the one giving him the room to be lazy,get yourself a form and enrol yourself in school, part-time will be good,deprive him of some things that you know is not necessary and focus on the most essential ,if not you will end up being like him except God said otherwise.wisdom is needed.
