Hello there!
Thank you for an opportunity to share this.
I experience the inability to express my pain or hurt, I just suck it in and move on but am afraid that has affected my feelings and thoughts towards people. What I go through right now started years ago when I couldn’t share my pain and distress with anyone, I was either too scared to, or most times there was no one to share it with.
Now all I do is run away from people when they hurt me, I give so much love when I find myself in a position to don’t get any when I really need it.
I grew up without a mother, my dad does’nt even know me well, my siblings bearly care so I grew up teaching myself most of what I am and know today.
With what I have gone through in the past years, I find it hard to feel remorseful if I do something wrong because I know ( At worse I will be sent away) and that’s because even when I didn’t do anything wrong I still get to take the fall for everything and be the one to be left alone.

It gets worse because I use to be very emotional about everything, talking about crying, thinking, loving extra etc. But after a particular incident in 2019 it all changed. Since then I have become so hardened that I now get worried about it, I don’t know what to do because it gets worse by the day….right I am worried that I don’t get worried when I should be worried.

I also need help learning how to control my thoughts, my mind is so powerful.

It’s alright that you know what’s wrong and it’s even best that you have identified it as a problem that needs to be resolved. You are not anyone else. You are you! And the best form of love is loving yourself. If you can’t love yourself enough to keep you thoughts sound, then you really can’t love another.

Worrying is not a basic factor. You just are a good absorber of all that seem to make others panic but it will be bad when you can’t balance it. You mustn’t worry, but you must be optimistic enough to work out positive realities for yourself and all around you.

One way to keep your mind sound is by speaking out. Stocking people’s wrongs in your mind will only amount to hatred and withdrawal. When you’re hurt, let them know you’re hurt! See it as a way to stay sound. The person who hurts you will walk around sane, but you clearly would be going bonkers stocking up their wrongs in your heart.

    You’re loved
    You’re important
    You sanity is key
    Stay sound!
