It all started with my mom, she was very hard on me sometimes aggressive and little by little I began to have a very low self esteem, I cant express myself well, always moody, I don’t know how to make friends and don’t know how to relate with people. I have a lot of fears in me for the unknown, no passion for anything and it really makes me feel depressed. I think I need help, I really don’t know what to do or who to share my thoughts with cos I don’t have true friends and I feel like people don’t like me.

So are you blaming your mum for your unhappiness? I think you have to focus on other things that can make you happy. It doesn’t necessarily have to involve people

Your fears are not unfounded dear. People from very strict upbringing all battle with that fear but not to worry, you can overcome it.

Read motivational books to build yourself up. I would recommend Bolajoko Bayoi Ajayi’s book titled – comfortable in your own shoes, Joyce Meyer’s book titled – The battlefield of the mind. You can get them on Amazon. Look for other books that would inspire and build you up.

    I hope this helps.
