Waking up and before sleeping, she’s in my thoughts, sometimes I feel ending my life see her, but I can’t leave my daughter, she’s my consolation. But am still troubled, I love my mum so much, I cry virtually all the time and uncontrolled. Pls what do I do?

I’m terribly sorry about your mum passing. Losing a loved one can be a trying and emotional experience, and it’s normal to be sad, stressed, and even cry frequently. In order to grieve and accept your loss, one might require some time. Grieving is a unique and personal experience.
You should give yourself permission to experience your feelings and express your grief in your own way. In order to speed up the healing process, avoid trying to rush it or repress your emotions. Rather, make an effort to treat yourself nicely and enlist the aid of those who can sympathize with you.
You can process your feelings and establish coping mechanisms by speaking with a dependable friend, family member, or therapist.
