Hi I’m in exam season and nearly at the end of my life in secondary school. I’m really struggling lately to feel normal or like I fit in anywhere like don’t get me wrong I like my life I’ve got lots of friends, some loyal, some not, but I’ve always had this thing where I’m looking ahead all the time. I’m pretty sure everyone has this problem in some way or another, but I’ve always been thinking a lot lately “is this all there is to life”. I don’t know what I’m missing anymore anyways if anyone has any advice I’d love to hear, thanks

It sounds like you’re going through a typical phase of soul-searching, which happens during times of transition like when you are almost done with secondary school. It’s normal to wonder where you fit in and why you are here. Understand that life is a process and that it’s normal to not know all the details at this stage in life.
You may discover meaning and fulfilment by pursuing new experiences, your goals, and areas of interest. Don’t be embarrassed or hesitant to ask for help and direction at this time from friends, family, or a Counsellor. Have in mind that with time things will become clearer and you will be more self aware and you will discover your purpose.
Try to stay focused and prepare for your exams, put in your best effort to study so you can pass with good grades. Remember, it’s important to be around good peers; who can help you study, and also inspire you to prepare for your future.
