I consciously self sabotage. I ruin relationship while being fully aware of what I’m doing and I don’t know how to stop it. My relationships and my health are all at risk and I can’t fix any of it.

It sounds like you are struggling with self-sabotage, which can be a challenging pattern to break out of. It’s important to understand that self-sabotage often stems from deeper emotional or psychological issues, such as low self-esteem, fear of intimacy, or a sense of unworthiness.
It may be helpful to explore these underlying issues with a therapist or counselor. They can help you identify the root causes of your self-sabotage and work with you to develop healthier coping strategies.
In addition to therapy, there are some steps you can take on your own to try to break the cycle of self-sabotage. For example, you can practice self-awareness and mindfulness to help you recognize when you are engaging in self-sabotaging behaviors.
Remember that changing deeply ingrained patterns takes time and effort, so be patient and kind with yourself as you work to break free from self-sabotage.

It doesn’t take much courage to recognize your behaviors. Yet, it takes a lot to acknowledge the impact it has on your relationships, and whether they are important enough to want to fix/change for the better. Exploring the meaning and value of these relationships should be a motivating factor on whether you’re actions will improve or not.
